SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Indiana Grocery Group LLC, doing business as Strack & Van Til Food Market ("Indiana Grocery Group," "we," "our," or "us"), handles information associated with the S-VT Internal Alerts text messaging program. This program is intended only for authorized personnel.
Information we collect
When an authorized IT team member enrolls, we may collect and maintain:
- The mobile telephone number used to enroll.
- The date, time, method, and status of consent.
- Enrollment, HELP, STOP, and other program-related messages.
- Message delivery and program-administration records.
How we use the information
We use this information only to enroll participants, deliver internal operational alerts, respond to support or opt-out requests, troubleshoot delivery, maintain program security, and meet legal or compliance obligations. This program is not used to send advertising or marketing messages.
Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be provided to service providers that help us operate and deliver the SMS program, solely for those operational purposes and subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on monitoring events and may increase during service incidents. Message and data rates may apply according to the participant's mobile service plan.
Your choices
Participants may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After an opt-out request is processed, one final confirmation may be sent and no further program messages will be delivered unless the participant opts in again. Reply HELP for assistance.
Retention and security
We retain enrollment and program records only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, document consent, resolve delivery issues, and satisfy applicable requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect this information, but no transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
