SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the S-VT Internal Alerts text messaging program operated by Indiana Grocery Group LLC, doing business as Strack & Van Til Food Market. The program is intended only for authorized personnel.
Program description
The program sends recurring, non-marketing internal operational alerts. Messages may include service notices, status updates, recovery notices, and operational escalations. SMS should not be the sole notification method for emergencies or matters involving personal safety.
Enrollment and consent
Participants enroll by texting START to (219) 301-9288 after reviewing the program disclosures. By texting START, a participant expressly consents to receive recurring automated informational text messages from Indiana Grocery Group LLC's S-VT Internal Alerts program at the mobile number used to enroll. Participation in this SMS program is voluntary.
Message frequency varies based on monitoring events and may increase during service incidents. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. A participant may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. After that confirmation, no further messages from this program will be sent unless the participant opts in again.

Delivery and carrier terms
Message delivery is subject to mobile network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and program availability may change. Participants are responsible for charges imposed by their wireless carrier.
Participant responsibilities
Participants must provide a mobile number they are authorized to use and promptly unsubscribe or notify the program administrator if that number is reassigned. Operational information received through this program is intended for authorized personnel and must be handled in accordance with applicable Strack & Van Til policies.
Privacy
Information associated with the program is handled as described in the S-VT Internal Alerts SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the program or applicable requirements change. Any revision will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
